Over the many decades I've resided in northeastern Ohio, this is not my first rodeo with a Ken Ganley dealership. I had a horrific such experience about 20 years ago involving a leased vehicle (Jeep). But having decided I need a Nissan truck 20 years later, I had two choices, I-90 Nissan or Ken Ganley Medina. The sales experience was pleasant and Rick was exceptionally helpful. And now we talk service. I now arrive at my very first oil change. And it was deja vu all over again. How quickly that horrific memory of the past got resurrected. Such as life... I'm thinking my next service visit will be I-90. More

Great sales experience We came in to test drive a Nissan leaf. We really didn't think that we were going to buy since we still had a bit of time left on our lease. But, we sat down with Josh to see what could be done. To our surprise, they came up with a really good offer to lease a new leaf. We didn't get a run around or the usual come back in a few months. Also, we were out the door in less time than the last time that we got a new car from another dealership. Everyone was great. This was our first time to the dealership but, definitely not our last.
