Overpriced repairs First issue: I purchased an extended warranty, which so far, has not covered anything that I need done. That's $1000 for absolutely nothing. I advised the service manager of such and asked for a break on the repair cost. Nothing. Secondly, your service department recommended replacement of a lower control arm. It was not covered by warranty and your dealership wanted $625 to replace it. I cannot afford that. I went to a local mechanic and got it done for $250. This is unfortunate because I love my Juke and am looking forward to purchasing another Nissan in the upcoming year. I will not purchase from this dealership since they do not appreciate my business. More
