The man I had on Saturday 10/10/2020 I think his name was Joe. He barely said anything to me the whole time I was there. I took my Soul in for a noise a d oil change. They did oul change and searched for noise. They kept me informed and told me it would take extra time to locate. They have me a ride home and later called a oul change and searched for noise. They kept me informed and told me it would take extra time to locate. They have me a ride home and later called a d informed me they found the problem Muffler had loose baffle and they ordered new one. They picked me up and took me back to dealership. Within s week they had me back a d fixed problem. I was very happy because the noise had been annoying. More
My car has been in 5 times for the same noise, they think they find whats causing it, attempt to fix it but do not. When I pick it up it does the same thing. First time the tech couldn't hear the noise ( its they find whats causing it, attempt to fix it but do not. When I pick it up it does the same thing. First time the tech couldn't hear the noise ( its very loud) next tech said it was the door panel rattling, it was not. Next time it was a/c line banging, it wasn't. This last time they thought it was a part that I dont know what part it is but they removed said part and reinstalled said part. Tech didn't hear the noise anymore. I picked up the car and drove 1/10th of a mile and guess what bang bang bang same noise. Now I need to bring back again. Not blaming anyone its a mystery what this noise is. Hopefully they can find it the next time. More
