Dealership listed that they have an addendum they add to the price of the vehicles, but they don't specify which ones so its assumed its for all of them. We purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from them and ther the price of the vehicles, but they don't specify which ones so its assumed its for all of them. We purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from them and there was some confusion about what is offered from the addendum and where those services can be performed at. Sales associate and his manager were not on the same page. Then we were told that they could take the addendum off of any vehicle on the lot EXCEPT the one we ended up getting. They list their cars at a lower price than others to seem more competitive but then they force the addendum on you and it adds up in the end. We love the car, absolutely amazing. Just wasn't pleased with the addendum issue and the lack of specificity on their online website. Would recommend they highlight which vehicles the addendum is for instead of deciding what they want once you're at the point of sale. Skye, the finance guy we spoke to at the end, was very easy to talk to and he made the paperwork process very quick and no hassle. More
