Our salesman John did a nice job. He met us in the parking lot and held our hand through the process. The sales MGR? Came up with the various pricing within a reasonable time. We have purchased, let’s say 30 cars in our life. Only once when we knew the salesperson and the owner did we get a great experience. All the junk that happens once you pick the car and agree to the price is just a bunch of crap. Yes, I know you want my check to clear, but I asked what you needed before we arrived. Then the paperwork. They gave us the impression would be sent overnight that day, so how come that did not happen? Please read, “Custmers for Life “ if you want real customers loyalty. We had received a letter telling us what we could buy a 2021 K5 for by trading in our 2019 Kia. When I called to verify the figures several sales people gave me the run around finally Don Mullis got on the 2021 K5 for by trading in our 2019 Kia.
