Living in Georgia and coming to Florida to visit family. I decided to have my car service. The overall experience was good considering the type of service I was getting. The service people are always friendly and helpful, however I always get overcharged or have a fee thrown in that I was unaware of. My most recent visit I went for my 30k maintenance which I was told would be $180 and I even confirmed it beforehand. Somehow my bill came out to almost $350 and I had to speak up and get it fixed. I never do this and usually I just let it go but it happens every time I go, when I go for an oil change my bill is always almost $100. I’ve bought two cars from this location and never gotten my “complimentary first oil change” they advertise either. I think I’m going to start getting my work done elsewhere. The employees from the salesmen to the service staff are very good at what they do and handled my situation well, but I believe the management has some things to fix regarding communication and prices. Very unhappy with this dealership. They completely messed up all my windows. Had to replace my windshield, as a result. When I took my vehicle in for service,and to purchase my leased vehicle, my windows wer up all my windows. Had to replace my windshield, as a result. Now the windows have such a heavy film, it it worse than trying to look through Saran Wrap. It was heavy raining when I drove home, so I thought that was the problem. Next day, I got into the car and could not see out the windshield. I tried everything I could come up with to clean, but nothing worked. I called them and got them to take it in to work on it. Two days later, after calling multiple times, I found someone who knew about it. They never returned my call. Finally, my salesman called me back, and said they could not get whatever it was off, and were going to return my car to me. I told him that was unacceptable and he hung up on me. I called back asking for the manager. Spoke to a manager, Don Mullins, who delegated it to a service manager. He said they were like that when I brought the vehicle in. They were not. I would have walked away from my leased vehicle, rather than purchase it, if they had been messed up when I got there.. Had issues at time of sale, also. Finance guy tried to sell me $2,000 extended warranty. I tried to tell him that the original warranty stayed in effect. He argued otherwise. The warranty manual proved me correct. Also, was told the dealer fee was $500. When the itemized statement was printed, it was $899. This dealership is not one I will be going back to. Had always had good experiences there before. This was my third purchase there. Also my last. More
The staff were very nice and helpful. Not at all what I expected I do my own work do to the fact I have been burned in the pas however work was under warrantee. Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix my Radio in my 2019 Kia Rio. I explained what the radio was doing and I was told that the technician couldn't do anything because I needed to show then Radio in my 2019 Kia Rio. The problem happens when I'm driving. My radio screen goes black and then the KIA sign comes up but the radio still keeps playing. I explained this has happened several times and twice when heading to Mulberry Florida. How am I suppose to take a picture of this problem when I'm driving. By the time I stop the car to take a picture its already back to the radio channels. I just can't believe I was told to take a picture of this. My problem was not resolve. Also was told a technician could drive with me and see if it happens. This doesn't happen everytime I drive my car. So my radio wasn't fixed. More
