I was the only car there and waiting 10 minutes while advisors watched me from inside making no effort to greet me. After waiting I walked into the advisors area and asked if they would be able to take my appointment which was at 430 an hour early. The advisor closest to me said no we are too busy. When I said I’d have to reschedule he said ok and then just looked back at his computer. He did not ask my name or offer to reschedule me allowing me to just walk out silently. Now I am going to be overdue for my first oil change which was promised free from your sales department and I will have to pay for it since I will not be returning to your dealership. I hope you resolve these customer service issues in your service department since I had enjoyed my experience in sales. More
