Fixed issue in a short amount of time. Kept in touch by texting so I knew what was going on and where they were in fixing my car. I had high mileage and so I listened. He showed me in black and white how he can put me in a new car with little to no out of pocket. I leased instead of purchasing. I LOVE my new car!! More

Do your homework first The salesman was nice and knowledgeable however he was misleading in the different cost between a leased vehicle and an outright purchase. I went with the intention of lowering my monthly premium however ended up in a vehicle that cost me more per month. The items on the paperwork were incorrect be sure that you don't get suckered into an add-on feature that will increase your monthly premium or in the long run your overall cost of vehicle ownership. Overall I like the Kia lineup however in the future I'll look for something that's more fuel efficient. More
