Best Car-Buying Experience This was our third Kia dealership, our 20th dealership total. Every other dealership we went to we were pressured by the sales people and pushed to bu This was our third Kia dealership, our 20th dealership total. Every other dealership we went to we were pressured by the sales people and pushed to buy cars they had instead of the one we wanted. We were treated very badly, presumably because we were two women car shopping. The staff at Friendly was completely different. Danny Harrison made the experience exactly how car buying should be. He did not pressure us in any way or make us feel like our questions and concerns were unfounded. He did a wonderful job showing us all the bells and whistles on the vehicle and made us feel like part of the family. He even drove the car around the lot to warm her up for us. Tony in finance was just as kind when we were signing all the papers. He didn't get impatient with us for reading over everything which made me feel very secure. They were also very patient with my son as he became bored and antsy. Truly a wonderful experience. More
