We live over an hour away, but because of the customer service, special pricing and past purchase history of Friendly Kia, I’ll keep coming back because the drive will always be justified. This time we had the pleasure of meeting and being helped by Joe Slater. From the time we got there he was extremely humble, very accommodating and admiringly honest. He was patient with us and understood my persistent concerns with the purchase because it’s never an overall “quick,” process with a car. He kept us consistently informed throughout the day and made the experience a personal one with his observations and family stories like our’s. Car buying can sometimes be stressful, but at Friendly Kia and with Joe, it was nothing but an overall great experience. More

Basic maintenance Arrived 10 minutes or so early for an 8 A.M. appointment. Cody was the service associate I met. He was polite and friendly. Was scheduled for an oil change and the service associate added a car wash as it was complimentary. My main concern is that it took 2.25 hours to complete those two tasks. Made it to work on time, but I thought I gave myself plenty of time yet it seems I didn't. Also not sure why the A.C. needed to be used. More

not happy Dropped my car off on a Monday to replace a part in the moon roof, total was 1300 plus Was supposed to be completed Monday. I had to call Tuesday to find out what was going on. Dominic assured me it would be done that day. No phone calls. I called back in the evening and the "ran into a problem and would call the next morning. I called from work on Wednesday and he said it would be done and he would call. I called again Wednesday and he said he left a message, mind you I have 1 phone. No calls were received and no voice mail. Finally went to pick it up right before closing. Pulled out of the lot and made a u turn to go back. There was glue all over an accessory panel and the panel would not slide open. The tech was gone for the day so I had to leave it for another day. The only rainbow at the end of the disaster was Andrea. She actually brought my car home to me with my consent because I was gonna flip out if something else was wrong More
