Pushy Went in for an oil change and after waiting by my vehicle like the sign says, finally went in to find two guys at the counter. I couldn’t tell if they Went in for an oil change and after waiting by my vehicle like the sign says, finally went in to find two guys at the counter. I couldn’t tell if they were busy or not but there were no other customers in the lobby. After I get checked in I am immediately asked if I want to have additional services done that aren’t even due until my next oil change. I responded no because all I had today was enough to pay for the oil change and nothing extra. He again asked me if I wanted to go ahead and take care of the extra services since I was so close to 30k miles. To which I again replied no. After the oil change is completed he comes to the waiting area and asks me AGAIN about the additional services before he sends my car to the car wash. I have never felt this level of pressure to have additional services done and even told him that I felt as if I was being harassed. Then if that wasn’t bed enough, the next morning I get in my car and I can’t even see out of my windshield because of the spots all over it from something at the car wash. My wife and I have purchased a total of 4 Kia’s from Friendly Kia and have had all the service done here but this is the first time I have ever experienced this kind of service. More
