SIMPLY THE BEST!!! I have been buying vehicles for over 30 years for me and my family, and I have had some really good experiences... but NOTHING was as EASY as this was. Don Mullis and Brandan Morgan mad 30 years for me and my family, and I have had some really good experiences... but NOTHING was as EASY as this was. Don Mullis and Brandan Morgan made this entire process NOT feel like a process.... at all. I was impressed by their huge selection compared to the other Kia dealers in Tampa that I checked out on Autotrader, but I was even more impressed by how simple and painless Don made it to get a terrific lease payment on a new Kia Sportage for our daughter. On top of that, he new our family was super busy that weekend and offered to have the vehicle delivered to our home... at no additional charge. What a pleasant surprise this was?!?!?! He got Brandan Morgan to work with their finance department to prepare all of the necessary documents and have our new vehicle filled up with gas and detailed. Brandan showed up exactly on time, but even texted me with updates on his progress, as it was a 45+ minute drive to our home in a heavy rain that day. He was the most professional salesperson that I have ever worked with and was thorough in his knowledge of every aspect of the vehicle as well as the paperwork... without being TOO thorough. Could not think of a single part of the experience that I would change or alter. After I completed our purchase, I learned that Friendly Kia is the #1 Kia dealership in the Southeast... and I was not shocked by this at all. They know how to take care of customers and make buying a vehicle an exciting experience. Thank you again, Don and Brandan!!! More
