This visit was exceptionally good. Service Manager, Kenan Smiley was my advisor. I'm not sure if he is new, but I could DEFINITELY see more of a difference in coordination and efficiency, than over the past Smiley was my advisor. In the past I've spent over 2-3 hours waiting for solely an oil change. Kenan was informative, kept in constant communication with me, and I witnessed him going into the bays to follow up with technicians. Best service I've ever had at Friendly KIA. More

Matthew, who I’m not seeing on the below sales rep list, was fantastic! He was very informative, personable, and polite throughout the duration of our time there. I even forgot something in my vehicle that I was trading in and he went up and beyond to make sure the item I had left behind was returned to me. The finance department also made the transition effortless and covered all information and plans thoroughly. The detailing department made quick and professional work of the new Seltos I had purchased. Overall everyone in the business was in credibly friendly, professional, and personable. 10/10 would recommend. More
