Frustrated. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation for 9am. I showed up at 8:55am. There are 4 cars in the service area in front of mine. My car is taken for the service at 9:50 for a scheduled appointment at 9am. So does that mean that everybody ahead of me had an appointment? I doubt it. If I had an appointment and the others did not I should have gone ahead of them otherwise why bother to schedule an appointment! More
