All the repairs have been fixed quite well And they have been fixed on time. Late last year I had a major fault with my engine and the Kia corporation Said that they would replace my engine at no cost to me. Better yet, The Mentor dealership replaced my engine in two weeks. Service is difficult to reach by phone. Service adviser was dismissive and arrogant of our concerns possibly due to a lack of knowledge about our EV vehicle. We did connect with an excellent customer service rep at KIA who addressed the issues with our vehicle and will presumably follow up with KIA. Service department also seemed understaffed because we watched our vehicle sit for 12 minutes after service and wash. More
