Terrible customer service in the service department. I asked for a call and had to call many times to finally get them to not put me in a voice mail. 3 times I have tried to have my heated seat fixed. The 1st time I went they didn’t schedule the electric technician to install the part. The 2nd attempt it was installed however they replaced the wron The 1st time I went they didn’t schedule the electric technician to install the part. The 2nd attempt it was installed however they replaced the wrong part. On the 3rd attempt they also replaced the wrong part. Not to mention, both times the part came in they did NOT even call me to set up the appointment. I had to reach out weekly to see the part came in. To top it all off, they never ask if you want a car wash because I would decline every time. Their car wash has zero drying capabilities so it looks so much worse after the wash than before. Between the lack of communication, the incompetence of the technicians and poor excuse for a car wash I would definitely look elsewhere. More
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I’ve given up asking for an adequate response or service to what was promised to me with my deal. The repair was for remedying rust in various area I’ve given up asking for an adequate response or service to what was promised to me with my deal. The repair was for remedying rust in various areas. They missed a full door hinge, and frankly all that was done was ‘slapping’ on some paint over the rust. Big blotches of paint. I’m certain my dog would have done a better job. When I was shown the final product I just wanted to be done with the experience. For the sales manager to think the repair was acceptable, it speaks volumes of the dealership. I’ll happily continue to show what they considered to be quality work and share my experience when asked. More
