Good dealership and attentive service reps and crew but very surprised to find they were charging a 3% premium to any service bills paid with a credit card. I found that to be classless for a dealership. very surprised to find they were charging a 3% premium to any service bills paid with a credit card. I found that to be classless for a dealership. I was able to pay with a debit card, so ultimately it didn’t impact me, but I was only paying for an oil change. For a large service bill, that is a significant impact that lands hardest on those who can’t necessarily afford to pay cash for unexpected car repairs. More
