I have been going to Ken Ganley Kia in Mentor for two years with my father-in-law’s 2020 Forte that he bought in another state. They are great. They never give me a hard time or a hard sales pitch. Just took our Kia Soul to Ken Ganley of Mentor Ohio for service for the first time and was very happy with the service we received. They did everything they could to make sure our car was completely servic service for the first time and was very happy with the service we received.
