Had my car for 9 days. Needed a new fuel pump under warranty and of course found another “critical” problem with bushing and rocker arms. Called the service advisor total of 7 times with no call backs. No other service person could talk to me because I had my own advisor. Got a text saying the car was done. After 9 days only the fuel pump was fixed. Said it was a computer glitch. Same thing happened last year. Had to take the car to another mechanic due to “critical issue”. Actually took it to 2 separate mechanics and both said the bushings and rocker arms were fine. Ganley was going to charge me $1200 for a non problem. Several service centers warned to always get a second opinion when Ganley says there’s a problem. Paperwork states if you are not 5 out of 5 satisfied, contact the manager. Left 3 messages with the manager and no call back. Got this link to give feedback. Shame on you Mentor Ganley Kia. Terrible service. Terrible vehicles. Never even pulled the car up after service. We had to go in the back of the lot and use the key fob to locate our car. The paperwork was not even clear that the fuel pump was fixed. And then 2 days after we picked it up, we got a notification that the fuel pump was in and when could we bring the car in for the fix. Just awful….i have kids and grand babies in that car. And nothing was ever a critical issue. This time I was happy the computer glitch happened. Never again! More

They wouldn't honor the warranty that was given by them when I bought my car. So I will never ever do business with Kia Again and neither will my family and I will make it known to others also DO NOT BUY A when I bought my car. Friendly, responsive people in the service department are always ready to listen to concerns, requests for extra assistance (i.e. cleaning the unreachable inside of the windshield) and problems.
