I dropped my car off THREE weeks ago for a recall issue and I haven’t been updated since March 18th. I have been ignored over and over and over when I ask for an update and nobody will even pick up the pho and I haven’t been updated since March 18th. I have been without a car for 3 weeks and was never offered a rental car when I have kids at home. This has been absolutely ridiculous to say the least. More
