Took my Kia Sorento to the dealership to facilitate a factory recall that may have affected the safety of the vehicle. The service desk personnel helped me as soon as I entered the facility, obtained in factory recall that may have affected the safety of the vehicle. He observed that my vehicle did not require any work to be done since it did not have the issue for the recall. Paperwork was handed to me and I was gone within 5 minutes of my appointment. More
