I got there at 10:52 am with my toddler I sat in the car because it was cold. The lady kept checking in other cars until I rolled down the window and asked why was she skipping me? Which was a lie. Nate was there to help her. I did not catch her name. She allowed cars to go before me. I went to talk to the manager where he helped me right away! All she said was well you didn’t check in. I said you saw me and didn’t acknowledge me just kept passing by knowing I had a toddler I was trying to keep warm.
