Appointment scheduled multiple weeks in advance to ride along with a tech to demonstrate concerns with my less than a year old vehicle. Came at the scheduled time and checked in with a service advisor (Da along with a tech to demonstrate concerns with my less than a year old vehicle. After waiting for 35 minutes and not being called to go for the ride, I see my vehicle has only been moved to make room to check in more vehicles. I figure they are busy today, and I wasn’t planning for it to take this long to go on a ride along. I ask for my truck back so I can leave. Dave goes and comes back and says a technician is taking it to hook up to a computer and will ride along with me. 15 minutes go by and I’m still waiting for the technician to grab me. I come back to ask Dave what’s going on, and he completely ignores me. Looks past me, helps other customers, does everything but acknowledges my presence (10 minutes or so of standing in front of his desk). I ask the service advisor next to him to just get my truck and keys so I can leave. He was able to quickly get it for me and bring it out front. While the other service manager pulls the vehicle out front, the technician comes to Dave and says he was about to go for a drive with me, but I’m leaving. This was an hour after my scheduled appointment. Action only happened when I initiated it each time. If I didn’t say anything, I have a feeling I would have been there a lot longer waiting because I simply was not a priority. Dave Moga was extremely rude. I would look elsewhere for service. More
