I went to Ken Ganley in Parma because I was told I couldn’t get seen by a dealership not too far from them for another two weeks. My local West Park, Kamm's Corners Ford dealership, Ganley Ford West, was merged with this Ganley location earlier this year. Though I was sad to lose our neighborhood Ford dealership, it is still a co Ganley Ford West, was merged with this Ganley location earlier this year. Though I was sad to lose our neighborhood Ford dealership, it is still a convenient drive for me and the local manager, John Ruper, remained in management in the new location. I was contacted by a sales representative, Austin Simpson, via email and a phone call, and subsequently made an appointment to chat on Monday, October 21 at 3:45 p.m. I was interested in a Select model Mustang Mach-e, but saw a lovely red GT model on the lot. I had done a lot of checking online and felt that a GT was beyond my wildest dreams, and certainly beyond my budget. Austin and the dealership worked with me and put together a lease that fit by budget, including a very competitive trade-in for my low mileage 2017 Escape, and I drove the GT eX4 home by 6:45 the same day! I was very pleased with every stage of the dealer experience. Austin Simpson was well informed, listened well, and completely understood my position. I would recommend him and Ken Ganley Ford Parma to anyone interested in purchasing a Ford of any kind. More
