didn't get the works which i paid for!!! stoped by after work today to get my oil,filter,lube&tires rotated,I got the works package. I delt with bob bowser ,who i've always delt with the last stoped by after work today to get my oil,filter,lube&tires rotated,I got the works package. I delt with bob bowser ,who i've always delt with the last 20 yrs. he said they were very busy and that it would be about 1.5 hrs. fine with me.... it only took an hour and ten min. after I got home I checked my oil level' as i always do' which was full. Ilooked under the frount end of my truck.. 2000SUPERDUTY 4X4 V10 they didn,t grease not one of my zerk fittings' which by the way my truck has 14 of them. not at all happy with ganley ford !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
