I knew the majority of what I wanted, but he made sure they had it on the lot and to make sure I would get enough in rebates that it would fall into my dollar per month I wanted to pay. He never tried to up sell what I wanted like most car dealerships teach their salesmen to do. Honestly, this was my second stop. The first place I went I felt like I couldn't trust the people there and that all they wanted was money. When I went to Ganley, and especially when I worked with Jeff, I felt as though he was trying to get me the car I wanted and save me the amount of money I needed to save. I work retail so I completely understand customer service, and this was it at its finest. I definitely plan on getting any other cars I need from there. More

We usually shop multiple dealerships, but Tyler Smith took such good care of us and made us feel so comfortable during the process that we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. He was patient with us during the early stages of figuring out what we wanted to get and didn't rush us through the process. He also took the time to find us exactly what we wanted and didn't try to just push a vehicle on us that was sitting on the lot.
