Top Notch Staff/Dealership!! Would buy there again. I have special ordered a Ruby Red/Stone Grey Accent 2018 F150 Lariat Screw cab with the 6.5 bed back in 1/6/18. Jim Carmody the sales manager who is n I have special ordered a Ruby Red/Stone Grey Accent 2018 F150 Lariat Screw cab with the 6.5 bed back in 1/6/18. Jim Carmody the sales manager who is no longer, there told me that it would take 6-8 but up to 10-12 weeks for the truck to come in. It's a shocker that he wasn't there anymore whatever the reason is. After waiting a long 12 weeks and 3 days after a long, anxious, and painful wait the truck finally came in on 4/3/18. I have taken delivery of it on 4/4/18. I realized that on the passenger side door jam had some seam sealer was peeling off the day after I took delivery. I went to the body shop and let them know about it and fixed it without giving me a hard time and no questions asked free of charge under warranty. I was working with saleman Mark Farina who is not only an excellent salesman but he has treated me like a longtime buddy of mine like I've known him for years. He told me to call him on his personal cell phone if I have any concern or questions. Sure enough he has always taken my calls, and will call you back even if he misses your call. He is a man of his word which means a lot He was more than patient with me. I know am a pain in the butt and demanding(in a good way) like my girlfriend always tells me, but he has dealt with calling him on his personal phone to see when the truck is going to arrive. Mark Farina, I just want to thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for answering all of my questions, delivering my brand new truck(especially on your scheduled day off), everything else that you have done for me. This guy is a workaholic(machine)with an excellent work ethic. I'm honored to say it's been a huge pleasure working with you and I've bought a ton of cars over the years but this is by far the best buying experience I have ever had. I hope to work with you again when I buy my next vehicle and I'll try to send people to you when they are in a market for a vehicle. The rest of the sales staff are very friendly. I have heard the service dept is top notch from other people I know and I will use them when I get my first oil change. Looks like the prices are pretty reasonable. Even though the dealership can use a remodel/update which is not a big deal, it's a good place to shop with great people. Keep up the good work and I'll be back for something in the near future.
