Since we had dealt with Freedom previously and had had such a great experience there before, we wanted to stop there again. We were both a bit skeptical we would have a second great experience, since our first salesman had retired. However, Brian was right there for us the second we stepped through the door, doing everything he could to make us feel comfortable. Well, not only did he find us the same exact vehicle we previously found and had our hearts set on, he found it in under 48 hours. Very few people would have worked that hard to try to make a customer happy. If anyone I know mentions that they will be looking to purchase a vehicle, we will point them right in the direction of Freedom Toyota and tell them to ask for Brian, without hesitation.
