The price was fair, trade fair, vehicle in excellent shape......only negative was requested a Toyota warranty but received a third party warranty.....I will hopefully not have to use it soon and hope it is what was described and recommended. I like a lot of the "extras" and appreciated the upfront and honest approach.........if I get a good deal I believe in referrals ...so hopefully Heather and Weston will be getting many more!!! The foundation of a good relationship has been set..!! More

My husband and I enjoyed working with Weston he was personable and very knowledgeable, Weston did not help me make the decision he left it all totally up to what I was looking for in a car. He didn't make me feel obligated to buy but I knew I was not leaving without a car. More

There are good reasons why I returned to Freedom for this purchase. In my previous experiences here, I and my significant others purchased new cars. This time, however, circumstances dictated that I shop for a used vehicle. I was NOT disappointed! The sales person who worked with me, Rudy, listened to my concerns, both about my vehicular needs and my budget. He very intuitively helped me select a vehicle that was exactly what I needed, and what my budget allowed. He never once tried to oversell me, and the experience was exceedingly comfortable from start to finish. I am grateful for the courteous and professional treatment I've received from every member of the staff with whom I've dealt. Clearly, Freedom Toyota Scion cares about their customers, and has associates who are willing and able to do what it takes to keep us coming back! I had an excellent experience working with Weston!! I would definitely recommend this dealership. I drove there from Lancaster (over an hour away) because they had a specific pre- owned car I was looki I would definitely recommend this dealership. I drove there from Lancaster (over an hour away) because they had a specific pre- owned car I was looking at but almost didn't. Heather in the internet department was very nice and got back to me right away several times about the car they just got in. She got it ready, certified and cleaned with in a few hours. So because of how efficient she was I decided to go and I'm very happy that I did. I dealt with many dealerships in a week period (mostly Ford) and they were the only ones that listened to what I needed price wise. I ended up working with Weston who had great customer service skills also and worked with me to get the best deal he could I think. He also walked me through the whole process even after I agreed to purchase the car and sat and talked with me while I waited for the finance department. There was also an issue about having the certified papers because it was so late and the one persons day off that finalizes them and he emailed me the next day with them and I also received the booklet in the mail that week with the other info. Had a great experience will definitely go back to Weston!!!! More
