Chose Toyota because of a more negative consumer report on another brand that I couldn't reconcile. Had more dealers to visit,but people here, answered my questions fairly well, and seemed to listen and re on another brand that I couldn't reconcile. I asked "what is minimum package to have BSM? Received no answer. There was also no info on '14 1/2 model that had two dealers saying different things..one on the bumper test "poor" rating was more important. Almost went to third brand, but family members like their Toyotas...so... Also, ended up with accessories that didn't want,and would rather not have. Controls of radio ,navigation,and a/c not intuitive. So far, satisfied with handling,comfort, and performance. Looking forward to many years of safe,reliable,economic ownership. More

I had my 100,00 mile service appt scheduled on Tues, 11-12-13. On Monday, 11-11-13, my place of employment asked me to work on Tuesday at the last minute. I called and spoke with Nicky who said he wou 11-12-13. On Monday, 11-11-13, my place of employment asked me to work on Tuesday at the last minute. I called and spoke with Nicky who said he would be looking for me at 7am on Tues so he could get me registered for service and get me a loaner car so I could get to work. He was waiting for me at 6:50, took me in right away, and got me out of there so fast. I made it to work in good time!! He is amazing. I recall when he first started there, he was kinda shy, but now he is ready to help in any way he can. I am glad he is there and appreciated what he did. (I also appreciated the phone call from Nicky letting me know what all had to be done on my car, giving the approximate total, and asking if I wanted to go ahead.) Thank you, Nicky. More

We had a wonderful experience at Freedom Toyota, Hamburg, PA. We came on a Friday afternoon looking at used cars; and we were greeted in the used car lot by Weston Kemmerer. He was extremely helpful; and not at all pushy in anyway which we greatly appreciated. Instead of getting a used car; Weston showed us a 2013 Toyota Corolla with only 120 miles on it. The next day Saturday our daughter leased the new car from Freedom Toyota. We were so happy that she was able to get a brand new car with warranty protection and all the benefits Freedom Toyota offers. Weston explained everything to our daughter about the car; and we were very impressed with the time he took setting up the Bluetooth for her. She wears hearing aids and this feature is very beneficial to her. We are so thankful we went to Freedom Toyota. More

When I contacted Freedom Toyota about issues I was having with my 2012 Toyota Camry, Freedom was able to get my vehicle in to be serviced in a timely manner. Erin was very helpful and showed us where we could save using the service points we have built up. I brought my Prius in for an oil change and Erin asked about doing the spark plugs because they should be using the service points we have built up.
