Erin Tobias is the best service adviser I have ever dealt with. She is courteous, unbelievably patient, and a comfort to talk to. I'm retired and live on a fixed income. She very patiently listened to my tale of woe and, then was able to get me a 10% discount and a large chocolate chip cookie. That perked up my spirits. I had a problem with my Corolla not starting. Dealership told me it was the fuse box $700.00. My warranty ran out at 75,000 miles and my car is at 94,000 miles. I paid for the repairs which totaled $1,061.0 told me it was the fuse box $700.00. My warranty ran out at 75,000 miles and my car is at 94,000 miles. I paid for the repairs which totaled $1,061.05. We are on our 4th Toyota. The first was a Camry, then a Prius, the Corolla and a new Rav4. I have been a loyal Toyota buyer and customer and feel I should be entitled to some financial relief with the bill. The Freedom dealership, as always, did a great job helping me and the service was good as ever. I hope to remain a member of the Toyota family. Joe Baddick More

I Visited this vist on November 13 as appointment. Was met with Nicky Who actually according to my watch opened the doors for me a tad early than opening time which surprised me. Took all my info and I also added a one or two items like my remote battery in keys and recall for my vehicle year. Since I had another appointment and was waiting for vehicle I reminded him to somewhat hurry but make no mistakes.he treated me with courteous banter and was explanative in the reasons for work and even updated me on the progress twice while in the waiting service area.
