The finance dept. screwed up paperwork .....wrong fees for veh reg, wrong tag, name misspelled on paperwork, etc. Service/parts dept. ordered replacement door lock.... promised extra keys.....I bought my own... I requested a car wash while veh was serviced........ when I went for vehicle ....not washed. Unless these areas improve, I might stay away. More

We came to the dealership to look at a used Honda CRV they had on the lot. After driving the CRV we decided to look at the numbers and and i Jokingly asked Weston if I could get 0% financing. He replied they had on the lot. After driving the CRV we decided to look at the numbers and and i Jokingly asked Weston if I could get 0% financing. He replied that while I couldn't on that vehicle, I could however get 0% on certain others. We ended up taking his time for the rest of the night. Wes was so patient, knowledgeable and considerate of our needs! In the end Wes got us in a brand new Toyota Rav 4 for about the same payment as the used Honda CRV. I would highly recommend Weston Kemmerer as a salesman. He is not pushy, and will help you get a great deal on a vehicle! The service team at Freedom so far have been excellent as well! My wife and I were actually heading to another dealership My wife and I were actually heading to another dealership to look at 2 used Toyota Tundras. We decided to stop at Freedom to see if they had any My wife and I were actually heading to another dealership to look at 2 used Toyota Tundras. We decided to stop at Freedom to see if they had any used Tundras in stock. We were greeted by Raj Majumdar and I'm glad we were. I told him what we were looking for and he advised me that they did have a few double cab Tundras however no Crewmax Tundras, which we were looking for. Raj then showed us a new 2014 Crewmax. He wanted to work up a price with our trade which we agreed to. We explained that we were in a hurry and he then advised that he would send us the quote via email to our phones. There was no pressure from him, even knowing that we were going to another dealership to look at purchasing one of their vehicles. We went on our way and test drove the ones at the other dealership. While doing so my wife had received the quote from Raj. We were impressed with the quote and my wife had some further questions so she and Raj were emailing back and forth. After getting the price on a used Crewmax from the other dealer we realized that the quote we had received from Freedom, which was only a $1,200.00 difference in price was one that couldn't be beat. We ended up going back to Freedom and purchasing the new 2014 Tundra Crewmax. The entire time we were there we were treated with respect and kindness, they even fed us lunch. The Sales Manager Greg Miller introduced himself to us, thanked us and inquired about anything we needed That was the first time in 10 years that we had purchased a vehicle. I wasn't looking forward to it after our last experience, however Freedom has changed my mind on car buying experiences. When it comes to purchasing another vehicle in the future I won't forget about Freedom and their professional employees. Thanks Raj and hopefully I will get to deal with you again in the future. Brian was a joy to work with and made the time there fly by. Everyone was positive attitiudes and wanted to get us into a car as much as we did. it was a little rocky but we both gave and took to make it wo by. She was very pleased with Faith Sprecher as her sales person as well as the service she received. Her reccomendation was truly worth while. We were greeted pleasantly and cordially. She asked what we were interested in, presented us with all our options, pointed out all the pros and cons of what we were interested in but never tried to persuade us in our decision. She helped us understand how the KBB worked and how they reached a fair trade value. She was not a "high pressure sales person" but one who gave us time to discuss our plans and then guide us along the way. She was extremely knowledgable about all the models she showed us, explaining all the controls, taking us on attest drive that would best demonstrate the strengths of the model we were choosing. She was sure we knew about the excellent service available through the dealership. One of the most impressive qualities that both my husband and I experienced with Ms Sprecher was her sensitivity to my husband's disabilities. Overall if giving a rating to our complete experience it would be a 10++! From the time we walked in until we left with our New Rav4.
