On my way home i called mom and she said yes so I called Diego back and told him i would be in the next day(Sat) to have all the paperwork ready He said ok will do! So we went in at 11 o clock and he met us at the car and he took my mom by the hand and walked her into the building and brought her to his desk! my mother and i thought that was so sweet! he did have all the paperwork ready and after that he brought the car around and informed us with all the gadgets it was fast because it was the same kind i traded in so i was familiar with it already.Oh he also held my moms hand all the way to the new car and gave a hug to both of us and off we went i was so happy with everything and all it took us is 45 min to do all that! Nissan Service was excellent! I recently took my vehicle in for interior and exterior parts that we owed to me when I purchased the vehicle. He was very nice and courteous. He took the time to call me once my vehicle was done and explained everything that was done to my car. Also the young lady that scheduled my appointment was very nice!! Her name was Felicia and she was very professional about doing her job. She should be a service advisor with her skills as a people person! I also asked Raul the technicians name that worked on my car and he told me it was Leo, i asked Raul to thank him for me personally for doing an amazing job!!! More
