The price was fair and Dave Labrecque, the salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and took his time in going over everything in detail, which I really appreciated. I shopped around a lot, at other dealerships, including BMW and Lexus, but I have to say, this Infiniti dealership really knows how to make potential customers feel respected and appreciated. It's like they know they have excellent cars but they also pay equal attention to excellence in customer service. More

From the first day I visited and test drove the QX60 I loved the experience. Dan Hart was very pleasant to work with w/o any pressure even wHen I was going back n forth from the Acura MDX. I bought the infinity eventually because of the comfort n features. Dan n Jose did everything they could to help in the purchase by explaining all the features of the SUV and the layout of the service department while introducing me to the service managers n workers. They helped even more with their personalities/knowledge and sincerity throughout the entire process. Infinity should be so proud to have them in your dealership. Furthermore the dealership is very clean and inviting with all the coffee I could drink n snacks....great additive! Every time I entered I was warmly greater by a very nice woman at the desk. I can't leave out Chris one other salesman I talked to in July who just started working there (that's when I was test driving numerous SUVs) was also an outstanding employee. Thank you all for my new SUV. Great Dealership! More
I had bought a nice Infiniti g37 convertible a few months earlier. As a second car, I had only driven 1100 miles, but wanted an oil change before winter. I came in on Nov 13th 2013, waited, then left when th earlier. As a second car, I had only driven 1100 miles, but wanted an oil change before winter. I came in on Nov 13th 2013, waited, then left when they said it was done. When I got home, I opened the hood to make sure the oil was new, as I don't trust anyone. As soon as I opened the hood, I saw a big mice or chipmunk nest with acorns and droppings right on the center of this brand new engine! They had also nested in the air filter and a few other locations. I took a pic and sent it to service manager Dave Rossi, saying "Did you plan on telling me there were mice nesting in my engine?" No response. I vacuumed it all out, then I crawled under the car to take the plastic engine cover off to see if the oil filter was new. It was stuck in place as if it had not been removed since the factory. Just 100 miles later the indicator light came on showing there was no washer fluid. It is obvious the service people saw the very low mileage and never even bothered to pop the hood, thinking "this soccer mom is all set", etc. I went to the dealership with all of the pictures of this "experience" and demanded to see Dave Rossi. They said he had been fired I said "No wonder!". Then the "new" service manager came out, I showed him all this and he gave me the typical xxxxxxxx excuses instead of just apologizing. I said "Just give me a gallon of washer fluid, so I can add it myself!". So I told Infiniti corporate about this, and the only response from the dealership was from the salesperson Chris, who was a decent guy. I don't want this to reflect on him, but this is why I hate car dealerships. I had an even worse experience at Kelly Nissan, where I had bought a Nissan GT-R that I traded in for this car. Now I will tear Kelly Nissan a new one on here also. More

Dan Hart introduced himself as a new employee. He seemed confident and personable. If he didn't have an answer for me he immediately went to someone who could give him an answer. He knew a lot about the Infiniti Q50 and explained his training process. He seems excited to be part of the Kelly family and spoke very highly about his colleagues and Mr. Kelly himself. He was truly a professional from beginning to end. The dealership is an inviting and comfortable place. It's nice to offer your customers coffee and snacks while waiting. I never had any issues getting in contact with Jeff, who was always quick to return phone calls. In the end, I purchased a pre-owned G37X for a great price. After picking up the car, I noticed a few cosmetic issues. One call to Jeff and those issues were solved. I would strongly recommend both Jeff Biggar and Kelly Infiniti for a fair and hassle-free experience. More
