Purchased Cadillac SRX I have quite a story- I purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX left feeling quite happy and excited as this is the first time I bought a new car everyone drea I have quite a story- I purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX left feeling quite happy and excited as this is the first time I bought a new car everyone dreads doing this and I now understand why- I then proceeded to get this car a Opti-Coat this was done at a high end detail company in Billerica that cost me $800.00- I was told this car was painted over a large area, I proceeded to bring this car to a professional auto-body and it was confirmed this was in a accident, I contacted all the necessary people involved in this sale and was totally compensated they found me a new car that I like even better and sold it to me they gave me my money back from the damaged car. In their defense they did perform a Car Fax I it didn't disclose this accident! I have to say Lisa Avola is a very solid honest women to deal with and so is Dave as they just didn't know it was in a accident, Lisa knew I wasn't happy she did everything she could to have me leave with a smile and I did, my experience at Kelly is a good one, I feel I was totally taken care of in all areas, I will continue to spread a good word to people that this is a good place to buy a high end car More

His manager amazed us by making the following offer: That since we were planning to trade in our previous Infinity (2005) - even if we were to choose another make (we were looking also at a 2012 Acura) - Infiniti Danvers would purchase our 2005 Infiniti as we had been faithful Infiniti drivers. I had thought perhaps I could see better out of the Acura. In the end (double test drives) I decided the difference was not notable--and Acura priced above Infiniti AND offering less on trade in. Back we went to Infiniti and we are very happy with the result. A very easy dealership to deal with, personnel very appealing, professional. All went very well. More

I once worked in the Massachusetts Attorney General's office Consumers Protection Unit and this behavior is exactly the kind of thing I would be called into investigate. I was there to get a sticker and an oil change. The people were very pleasant and the service was delivered as promised 90 minutes or so later. However I was next door at Olive Garden having lunch and my cell phone was right in front of me. It never rang. When I returned to Kelly, I was informed that the car was not going to pass because the rubber on one wiper blade was torn. They claimed they tried calling me but it went to voice mail so they went ahead and replaced both wiper blades at a cost of $44.00! Are you joking? I never authorized it. I am warning as many of my friends and family as possible to avoid this dealer for service. Had they really called and advised me of the repair and the cost, I would have said slap a rejection on it and I'll take care of it myself. So long Kelly. More

In addition to being personable and professional, Kyle is very knowledgeable about the product he is selling. He answered all of my questions clearly and in full, and never made me feel pressured. I felt comfortable and confident purchasing a vehicle from him. My experience at Kelly this time was by far the best and that is because of the professional and courteous treatment I received from Kyle.
