Kelly Loyalty to customers Service great. However, in turning in my 3rd Kelly lease for a 4th lease I was assured by Kelly personnel the dings on my 2011 G37X would fall under m Service great. One month later I receive notification from Infinity I owe another $700. Called Kelly and got BIG SORRY. Obviously this is my last lease with Kelly. I will turn current vehicle over at a mutual location. More

Pleasant experience I was looking for a new car and stopped by Kelly Infinity about an hour before closing. Jasmin Seifija greeted my husband and I and offered his assist I was looking for a new car and stopped by Kelly Infinity about an hour before closing. Jasmin Seifija greeted my husband and I and offered his assistance. I've never owned an Infinity, but always wanted one. He took his time and explained all the different models and what they had to offer. I fell in love with the red Q50 . The dealership was closing so he scheduled a time for me to test drive the car. I went back 2 days later and affirmed my love for the car. Throughout the entire process, Jasmin was professional and courteous. He never made me feel "pressured" !!! I was very pleased with my experience at Kelly. He answered each and every question and was very patient with us. He also called a week later to "check in". I am very impressed !! As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk. I'm so happy I stopped in and LOVE my Q50!!! More
