Unbelievable Serivce I walked into Kelly Infiniti and after the hour that I spent there, I was extremely satisfied. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly, they directed me to the sales manager Dave who directed me to the salesman Jeff Biggar. When I arrived, I was somewhat overwhelmed, with a Nissan lease about to mature and no decision on a new vehicle. The Q50 was one of my top two contenders. I told Jeff what I was looking for, he was able to find it for me and we went for a test drive. Jeff knows his stuff, he is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He was not pushy and totally knew where I was coming from. He was able to get me to the pricing in my budget and was able to find me a white on black Q50 that I wanted. I had a big decision to make, As much as I loved it, I did not end up getting the Q. I decided to go with a suv which was my other top contender. Although my final decision was not an Infiniti, this would not stop me from recommending Jeff and Kelly Infiniti to anyone, Jeff is definitely the man to see, he will get you where you want to be be and you will be very happy! Pleasantly surprised with the customer service I had to bring my G37xS in for service twice over the last few weeks (once for an oil change, to have my car inspected and to have the tire sensor loo I had to bring my G37xS in for service twice over the last few weeks (once for an oil change, to have my car inspected and to have the tire sensor looked at and then again for a follow-up on the tire sensor). David Petillo assisted me on both occasions and was very helpful. When I went to pick my car up the first time, the dealership was closed. I got there around 6:30 thinking the dealership closed at 7. Lucky for me, David was still there and not only willing to help but was so kind. I had a balance due for the inspection sticker, but he put a note in the file and allowed me to call in my payment on Monday so I was not inconvenienced at all. The second time I had to bring my car in for the tire sensor, David called and updated me regularly and made sure my car was ready by the end of the day. It seems like something small but these are the things that make exceptional customer service at the end of the day. More

service care I had a problem of understanding my warranties and their coverage as well as a car problem I was unable to get clarity of whether it was covered. I actually stopped after several phone calls didn't help. I asked to speak with a service person of knowledge who can just sit down with me for a Q&A session. I met Dave Petillo and had the best experience ever. He was patient, knowledgeable and what he didn't know he took the time to search the computer until he could answer without making it a big rush as most of the time I've found. I was able to make lots of notes and get a warranty resolve promptly as well as a maintenance service. Good man you have. Good attitude. Genuine Person. You can tell you'd like Dave P as a guy even outside of the dealership. Take care of him. More
