Gas peddal recall replacement I brought my car in for this recall. The operator who set the appointment was great, the rep who helped me at the service location was great also. Abby was her name, she called to keep me updated on the status and gave me a loaner car. I asked that they do an oil change and check a noise I was hearing. Abby called and told me it needed an O ring replacement for an oil leak they found. She said the noise was due to a power steering leak. She also said I needed to replace the left rear caliber. The costs were pretty high, she was kind enough to get me some special prices on a couple of things that lowered that cost. I brought the car home and the next morning it was dead. I called and was told to call AAA that it wasn't anything they did. I called AAA got a jump, was told my battery was very new it shouldn't be the problem. I drove to a store, got out of the car walked 5 ft away and it tried to start on its own, didn't start but all the electrical went on. Luckily I was right there and was able to turn it off. I later found out from my neighbor that my blinker was blinking all night the night before, hence the battery drain. At this point every time I drive the car (its been 3 times) when walking away all the electrical goes on, blinkers, radios, etc. I called infiniti and told them they must've engaged some wiring issue. I was told this could be from a remote starter the car had on it and that this would be an extra cost that they would have a 3rd party look at it. I did not think this was right as this was not an issue before I brought it in for the recall. Now I am going to bring it directly to the company that installed the starter to see if this is indeed the problem. I am planning on disengaging the remote to determine if this is the problem. I am not happy that infiniti wouldn't fix this at no cost and directly and is saying they have nothing to do with this new problem. It seems more than a coincidence that it came back from there service department in this condition. I am leary of going back for any service but will see what the remote starter expert says. They told me they would give me documentation to show if this is or isn't the problem and that they do work for the dealerships all the time doing this work. More

Saved some money Loose left exhaust and a clicking noise at low speed. Came in without appointment and got loaner right away. Needed new drive shaft and assumed I woul Loose left exhaust and a clicking noise at low speed. Came in without appointment and got loaner right away. Needed new drive shaft and assumed I would need new exhaust ($1100!) since I already had one sleeve welded on. Pleasantly surprised to find out it could be repaired again. Could have done more expensive job and I would not have known difference. Dave Petillo kept me informed More

AWFUL service!!!!!!!!! My car was towed in after hours. I had the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced with a car dealership for repairs. The problem I had My car was towed in after hours. I had the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced with a car dealership for repairs. The problem I had was not looked at or probably resolved and I will probably have the same issue again. I called at 8AM and was told that some one would call me back in a little while because they were busy, no one called. I then called at 10AM and got the same response but once again I did not receive a phone call. I then call back at 3PM and was told the same response of everyone was busy and some one will call me. I finally got a call back about an hour later telling me that nothing has been done to my car and I will get a call back a little while later. At 4:58 two minuets before your store closes I finally received that call and said that the car was fixed by changing the fob batteries but I know this is not the fix for the car. Now I can not come and pick up my car because your company is closed and it was a major issue for me because I had visitors from out of state. I know and did not expect to have my car looked at or fixed the same day but I at LEAST thought I would get a phone call to explain the situation to me. To me this is unacceptable and I will never do business with your company ever again and the worst part for your company is that you lost out in two possible sales because I am about to replace two cars. Thanks for showing your true colors so I never have to do business with your company again. More
