2012 G37x Hello, brought my vehicle to the dealer in order to address a cold start issue with the exhaust and subsequent vibration. Sevice Department is Exceptional I have owned multiple infiniti automobiles for many years, it's my go to car, I love them. I also love Kelly Infiniti in Danvers. I am always on top I have owned multiple infiniti automobiles for many years, it's my go to car, I love them. I also love Kelly Infiniti in Danvers. I am always on top of my oil changes and I am there every 3500 miles, I am in and out in an hour to an hour and a half, I do not have to schedule an appt I simply pull in and they take care of the rest. There service department is really exceptional, if you need something larger or more complicated done on your car that is easy too, you schedule the appt and ask for a loaner care, easy as that. They have one waiting for you on arrival, I have used their loaner cars for more than a few days due to a part needing to be shipped, it's never a problem. They know their stuff and I never ever let anyone touch my car other than Kelly Infiniti's service department. More

Always happy with my service experience I recently had my car in for some warranty work. Even though it took a number of days to get the parts and complete the work, Victor Chaves made sure I recently had my car in for some warranty work. Even though it took a number of days to get the parts and complete the work, Victor Chaves made sure that things were made easy for me. I received a loaner car for the duration and Victor called me frequently to keep me informed of the status and to make sure any questions that I had were answered. This type of great service is one of the reasons I bought my second Infiniti from this dealership! More

Prompt Service I was told my oil change would take an hour. It was closer to 30 minutes. I had taken out work to do while I waited. When Adam came to let me know tha I was told my oil change would take an hour. It was closer to 30 minutes. I had taken out work to do while I waited. When Adam came to let me know that my car was finished, he saw I was in the middle of doing work and told me where my car could be found and that I did not have to rush and could stay as long as I needed to. I have also used the quiet room to get work done as well. The free wifi is also a great addition to the wait time. More
