Awful Not only was I treated with no respect, but the car I purchased had broken head lights, drivers side fender put on wrong, broken stud off the wheel, a Not only was I treated with no respect, but the car I purchased had broken head lights, drivers side fender put on wrong, broken stud off the wheel, and the back bumper was replaced prior meaning there was some sort of accident that wasn't disclosed to me, and it had a horrible paint job, the car was sent back to be fixed instantly, no one contacted me for weeks until I reached a higher manager and even then the bumper was made worse and still has to be fixed, but not by them again, two times of messing things up is enough. More

I am kept informed of the progress of my car's service and how long before my car is ready. The woman at the counter already knows me and greets me with enthusiasm. She asks for my 8 month old granddaughter and wants to see pictures. This is something above and beyond what I expect but it does make my visit friendly. Thank you More

A couple of days after picking up my car, I realized that they put one of those Kelly emblems on the back of my car. I feel that advertising should not be put on my car without my expressed consent. I think it makes it look like I'm driving a used car. I've dealt with many other dealerships that don't do this. I did email Adam Hoyt and told him that I did not appreciate that this was put on my car, and that I wanted it removed ASAP. He did not respond to my email. I will go back to my sales rep to get this resolved, but there is no excuse for a manager not responding to a customer concern. Also, Victor Chaves in service is also excellent. Friendly, professional, personable. More
