Typical used car salesmen. While the dealership itself and the experience of test driving a car was smooth and professional, they tried to bait and switch. They advertise a great pre-owned car with very few miles and after test driving a well maintained smooth car, they later claim that it has already been sold and offer a worse alternative or offer to sell you a new one. Typical used car sales technique. The salesperson DeAndre Coke was very nice and smooth talker. But he tried to pawn off an older car and blatantly lied about the test-drive car not being available, when they readily offered it for test drive when we called from a different number. The internet sales person Eric Alterio, was also not helpful, when I tried to complain to him, though he offered an apology, he defended their tactic and said that DeAndre was just doing his job. I tried to speak to a manager, but I never got the managers number. Kelly Infiniti website claims that they are all about "Honest Sales", the truth is just the opposite! More
