I explain to him that the car was exactly what I’ve been searching for and he made that happen for me. A really nice family guy who obviously enjoys his job. If you are looking to buy a car give this guy a call he’s awesome. Not to mention I was limited on time and made sure I was able to drive off the lot with the car of my dreams. I had the pleasure of working with Josh and he was the most professional and knowledgeable salesman I have ever worked with. Once they have your car, they perform whatever service generally on time and done right. My only complaint is that the last two times I called the service department, nobody answered and no voice mail. Fr generally on time and done right. But I do expect a premium brand to at least pick up the phone, even if it’s just to take my info and have someone call me back later. That said, their on line service scheduler does work. More
