I stopped in to Kelly Infiniti to test drive a 2012 G37x Sedan after previously test driving an Audi and Nissan. Bill Cavanaugh (sales person) was a pleasure to work with, no pressure, extremely knowledgabl Sedan after previously test driving an Audi and Nissan. Bill Cavanaugh (sales person) was a pleasure to work with, no pressure, extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and treated me like a loyal customer even though I had never been to their dealership previously. We worked out the numbers without a lot of hassle (Bill and the manager were low pressure all the way). Picked up the vehicle last night and could not be happier! If you are thinking about an Infiniti....go to Kelly Nissan and ask for Bill Cavanaugh. More

I came to Kelly Infiniti after doing weeks of research and test driving the BMW and Audi models. I walked into the dealership hoping to eliminate the Infiniti from consideration, but my experience was not and test driving the BMW and Audi models. I walked into the dealership hoping to eliminate the Infiniti from consideration, but my experience was nothing short of fantastic! Shawn did a great job teaching me about the G37 and was able to dissuade me from the German models without saying anything bad about them.....he simply laid out the facts, told me that they are all nice cars, and finally explained why the Infiniti would be best for me. I am NOT an easy sale and I generally loathe the car buying process, but Shawn made it painless and fun. I highly recommend Kelly Infiniti! More
I had previously purchased an Infiniti at Kelly in 2009 and after visiting the Boston Infiniti dealers, I knew that Kelly Infiniti was the place to purchase my next vehicle. There is no game with the folk and after visiting the Boston Infiniti dealers, I knew that Kelly Infiniti was the place to purchase my next vehicle. There is no game with the folks here--they are honest and they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. They take the time to answer questions, review different options, and know their stuff! I would highly recommend this dealership to friends/family and would not hesitate to drive by the Boston dealers the next time you are on the hunt for an Infiniti. More

Without going into full detail, I picked my car up Tuesday afternoon and the work which was done looked fantastic. Throughout the whole process Mike and Wayne have been greatly helpful and efficient. This is a review in progress. I brought my 2003 G35 to Kelly Infiniti last week on 9-13-2011. The car is in perfect shape with the exception of two rust spots on the rear door posts in identical locations Kelly Infiniti last week on 9-13-2011. The car is in perfect shape with the exception of two rust spots on the rear door posts in identical locations that are rusting through both from the inside and outside. Mike was and has been very helpful taking information and letting me know I needed to go to the Beverly collision center for an estimate. The following day I went down, pulled in, let them know Mike sent me and within 15 minutes I was out the door heading back to Danvers estimate in hand. It turns out the car door posts were manufactured with bad metal that year and according to the estimate both rear doors are in need of replacement at a cost of $4,000.00 dollars. I searched online and it turns out this is a common issue with Infiniti's and from what I understand Infiniti recognizes the problem and extended the 7 year coverage to 10 years from manufacture date. The following day when I went back to the service department Mike was again helpful and accomodating. We talked more about the problem and the estimate. He informed me any estimate greater than $600.00 required a second estimate at a bodyshop of my choice and to fax it to him as soon as I was able to so he could get the information to the 'Rep' who would ultimately be making the decision. On Saturday I brought the car to an autobody shop in Salisbury, MA and the estimate worked out to be $1,200.00 dollars. This estimate doesn't replce the doors but instead fabricates metal and fixes the problem in a different way which I would be fine with. Today, 09-19-2011 I dropped off the second estimate for Mikes review and submittle. I am truely hoping I will be able to report a positive end result. More to come. Jon Carlson More
