I rate Kelly Infiniti a perfect 5 because they did everything right. My wife and I are returning customers to Kelly Infiniti. Jason has to be one of the sharpest individuals @ Kelly Infiniti because he knew every answer to all my questions asked bout the 2012 G37X car. He was very professional as well as very detailed from the beginning to end. He also was professional while the negotiations were going on. If I were to recommend a Sales person, I would recommend Jason @ Kelly Infiniti. One other highlight about Jason, his quick repsonses on email. If I had a question, he quickly responded with an answer. Although Jason was my Sales person, I like to say thank you to the whole team we came in contact with, Lisa, Carl, and George. My experience in buying my 2008 Infinity at KELLY infinity was a positive one. It started with my test drive of the vehicle. I was accompanied by a very well informed salesman. He brought many things to my attention, that is , many features of the vehicle that others in past test drives never would have explained. During the process of purchasing the vehicle I was out of town for a short time and Jasmine saw to it that things remained in place until my return. After taking possession of the vehicle there was a matter that was overlook during its inspection and once I brought it to his attention he made sure that it was corrected. It has only been two weeks driving my new vehicle but I know for certain that I have made the right choice. More

I have bought 3 or 4 cars from Kelly Infiniti. They always do whatever they can to make the experience as simple as possible. For my latest purchase, a 2011 QX56, that all remained true. Working with Jeff Biggar was easy and he had answers to all of my questions right off the bat. Jeff demonstrated passion for the vehicles he sells and seemed to really enjoy the process of selling a high end vehicle to my family and I. Once we settled on a price the paperwork and processing was as smooth as possible and saved me from making a trip to the much-hated Massachusetts RMV. Jeff also was very thorough in walking through the capabilities of the vehicle when I came to pick it up. He really knows his stuff. The buying experience at Kelly sets the bar for me. I have worked with 2 other Infiniti dealerships in the past (Nashua and Norwood) and just disliked the experience. I have been to other manufacturer's showrooms and felt like a piece of meat. Kelly makes it easy and is very family friendly. The Infiniti products are top notch and Kelly is the only place to buy one! Thanks, Gregory Park More
