Traded in a Nissan GT-R towards a G37 convertible I have always liked. Chris was very easy to work with, he didn't pressure me or constantly contact me, but kept me in the loop just enough. The dealership was able to give me a great trade in deal, and even paid the sales tax and all other fees for my new car, plus a check for 20k. I'm sure their service department will be good also. Very smooth and pleasant transaction unlike my experience at some other dealers. Update: Never write a review until after the first service! Of course they are going to be nice to you when you buy the car! And looking back, they wanted to give me TEN THOUSAND less in trade for my Nissan GT-R then I eventually got. Kelly, you suck. I have done business with Kelly Infiniti since 2005 and every experience has been outstanding. The showroom is clean, well lit and always displays the full infiniti line. The sales people in new car sales (Shawn Quinn) and used cars (Chris Behrendsen) are friendly, honest and low pressure. In my case both deals were substantially negotiated over email and with a minimum of back and forth. Shawn really seemed to care about getting our deal done, was responsive and was a pleasure to deal with - so much so that we bought both a new and used car from him in a 3 week span in April. I can honesly say that i have never left this dealership unhappy about my sales / negotiation experience or service experience - I cannot say that for other high end car dealers that i have dealt with in the past - Kelly does it right the first time which is why i have purcahsed 4 cars from them in the past 8 years. I was in the market for a Nissan GTR for quite some time. I had previously told Cong to keep an eye out for any Nissan GTR's that may come into trade. To my surprise one day I received a call from Cong and he had informed me to quickly come to the dealership as they have one in trade. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted with a big smile and a handshake. We went over the vehicle and it was everything I was looking for! We worked the numbers and negotiated good price for the car and for my trade. Everyone is very easy to work with and will make you feel comfortable. No pressure or tactics and they will inform you exactly so you can make an informed decision on your purchase. I then went into the Finance office where I was greeted by Adam. Adam handled all the financing and provided me a great rate and also gave me different options which accommodated to save me money in the long run. He also went over the various insurances for tire and rim protections which I took advantage of due to its great value and piece of mind. Everything was quick and a few strokes of the pen I was out and ready to move on with my day. At the time of delivery every thing was ready for me and taken care of and Cong went over the vehicle with me.
