This car buying experience was just terrible. We met with Jeff Biggar on evening at 7:30 (after calling in and checking to see how late they were open and if it was fine to come in then) to test drive the JX Jeff Biggar on evening at 7:30 (after calling in and checking to see how late they were open and if it was fine to come in then) to test drive the JX35 AWD with all the options on it. We got to test drive a base version (without any of the features on it). That was in itself a big strike against them. The ride was ok and we went back to the store after about an hour or so. Then we were asked about the experience and Jose came over to talk about the price. I was told about the Infinite incentive (1000$) if we finance with them. Considering the price we were about to pay for the car (>50K), this amount did not seem to me to be huge factor in deciding whether to use their financing when my own financing with my bank was in process of being finalized. So we decided that we would wait to see what rate Infinity was offering us and we had the option of walking away from the car if we changed our mind within 48 hours. Next day evening, even after calling Jeff multiple times, I wasn't able to ascertain the rate that he was going to charge us, I decided that it wasn't the best course for me to work with this dealer. So I called him to say that I am not going in for the deal and he should return us the 1000$ deposit that we paid for the car. He got mad that I am canceling the deal and started saying things like "So the time I spent with you doesn't mean a thing. I stayed until 10 to help you with this car!' - Like he is my girlfriend and I should consider his feelings. The best was yet to come though. Jose Carrasquillo calls me up on my phone and starts yelling at me that I am being dishonest, I am not doing the right thing. He adds that the document that I signed is legally binding and he is going to keep my 1000$. I was freaking mad at this point and asked to speak to his manager. He says 'I'll have him call you' Few mins later, Dave Coogan who is the General sales manager calls me and apologizes on their behalf and says he is sorry and wants me back. I should have said no but I respected that he did call me back and so finally we did go ahead with the deal. I will definitely not work with their sales team in future though. It has been the most distressing experience and now that I think about it, other than Dave C. apologizing, there have been no steps taken to make me feel good about this experience. Jeff Biggars met me briefly when I went back in and insists he did nothing wrong and he was being direct. What an xxx! This dealership does not train their people well on how to handle their emotions. They need to respect their customers if they want any repeat business. I had better experience when I bought my Camry which was half the price of this luxury car! More
the folks at Kelly were wonderful to deal with, this was my third purchase from Kelly (2 Infinitis and one Nissan) and I have enjoyed the sales experience and the subsequent customer service each time. I was contacted by Kelly Infiniti regarding my current lease nearing maturity and the potential of getting me into a new lease. Initially I was going back and forth with the internet sales manager regardi lease nearing maturity and the potential of getting me into a new lease. Initially I was going back and forth with the internet sales manager regarding my current lease and some specifics on a new lease. Then I came into the dealership and met with Jeff Biggar who ended up assisting me through the remainder of the process. I had an exceptional experience with Jeff Biggar. He was extremely professional and has great client facing skills. Not only did he assist me with the finding the perfect car, but about a week after I drove away with my brand new car, I drove over some freshly sprayed white street paint and Jeff spent about 2 hours getting it off for me. When he drove the car around I could not believe how perfect it looked. It was almost like I was driving it off the lot for the first time. That in my mind is exceptional customer service and I would certainly recommend Jeff to family and friends. More

He was so knowledgeable about the other cars that he was able to compare them and the G, both the advantages and the disadvantages. He did so in an un-rushed and non-pressured way. I did not feel that he wanted to sell me a car, he wanted to inform me about my choices. Needles to say I bought a car! Dave Coogan was quick and direct; to the point. No long back and forth to make the deal. I really appreciated that. Adam Hoyt had my paperwork ready and make the financials quick and easy. Your representatives at the front desk are helpful when I called and everyone in the showroom made eye contact and said hello. I would recommend your dealership to anyone and look forward to working with you in the futute. Patty Hirschfeld More

A completely hassle-free purchasing experience. The major terms were agreed to over the phone (started as an internet sale) prior to visiting the dealer. He did not try to upsell me, rather he listened to what I needed and found the best fit. Upon purchase, he spent a lot of time orienting me to the vehicle and was extremely patient despite it being the last day of the month and lots of sales to close up. He also worked with my schedule to take delivery, moving things around to accommodate my work hours. I'd recommend him to a friend or family. More
My experience with the team at Kelly Infiniti was very positive. In fact, I ended up coming back to take another test drive before making a final decision. Jeff, Adam, and Jose were all extremely knowle positive. In fact, I ended up coming back to take another test drive before making a final decision. Jeff, Adam, and Jose were all extremely knowledgeable in their fields and answered any and every question that I had in a professional and thorough manner. They took the time to ensure that I was satisfied with the answers and not once did I feel rushed by any of them. Jeff explained all of the details and options on the car before I made my decision and during my test drive, then followed with a more in depth overview before I drove my new car off the lot. They were unable to locate my initial choice of color combination for the car I wanted. As a result, I threw out a price option and together, we were able to come to a mutually agreeable price. I never felt pressured to purchase any additional options during financing, but was well informed of them when working with Adam. I'd highly recommend working with all them to any of my friends, family, or associates. More
My ratings were based on the courtesy and professionalism of Ken Tarpley, the vehicle salesman, and the overall appearance of the dealership. My purchase was leasing a new Infinity for a twenty four month p of Ken Tarpley, the vehicle salesman, and the overall appearance of the dealership. My purchase was leasing a new Infinity for a twenty four month period. Ken provided my wife and me with various alternatives as we requested (36 month lease, outright purchase) along with our final lease selection (24 months). He patiently explained each purchase alternative. Also, when the car was picked up, he reviewed each of the vehicle functions with us and answered any questions and cleared up any issues. I would recommend Kelly Infinity to anyone considering an Infinity purchase. More
I purchased a used 2009 Infinity G37X from Kelly Infiniti on February 18, 2013. My sales associate was Shawn Quinn. I test drove the car and loved it and I had no issue with pricing on the car. My problems b on February 18, 2013. My sales associate was Shawn Quinn. I test drove the car and loved it and I had no issue with pricing on the car. My problems began when I left the dealership. The dealership was supposed to pay off my trade in, a 2005 Chrysler 300 LTD. Two weeks later I noticed that the Chrysler had still not been paid off, and my credit union had deducted money from my checking account. I contacted the dealership and informed them of the problem, giving them the details of the original payoff amount and the amount that now stood due because of the debited money from my account. I naturally assumed that when they sent the payoff amount in, the balance would be deposited back in my account. When the dealership sent the check (and no one was able to tell me why it wasn't paid off promptly in the first place) I did not receive any difference credited back to my account. I contacted Mr. Quinn about the issue, and did not hear back for several weeks. Finally I sent an email through the dealership website, stating if I didn't receive my balance (and the iPod connection cable that I was promised but never given) that I would report the dealership to the Attorney General's Office and the BBB. I received an email from Mr. Quinn shortly after, apologizing for the delay and acknowledging that the dealership did owe me the money. He stated that the Business Manager agreed I was owed the money due to the delay, and that they would finish end of month processing and cut me a check. He also stated the iPod cable would be sent at the same time. I accepted this resolution, as I had a fine experience aside from this payoff headache and felt they were acting in good faith. A few weeks ago I received a check from the dealership - in the wrong amount. I had sent on several emails that the amount I was debited was 149.02. I received a check for 107.42 and no iPod cable. At this point I suppose I have to write off the $41.60 and the iPod cable as it's not worth my time to send email after email and spend time on the phone to fix what should have been a very simple problem for such a high end operation. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer service stopped the second the ink was dry on the contract, and anyone spending the money on a quality car like an Infiniti deserves much better service. More
