Once we selected a car that we were interested in, Dave made the negotiation and purchase experience as painless as possible. The Business Manager, Adam Hoyt, also completed the transaction quickly and without any pressure to purchase additional services. I appreciated all the time he took with me to insure that I was completely informed and comfortable with the technology as well as the vehicle itself. This is my 3rd Infiniti from Kelly and its always a pleasurable experience at this dealership. Lisa and the entire staff is top notch and highly recommended, they have a very personal approach. First time in my life I learned a business model, which eliminates much of the hassle traditionally associated with car sales. My expectations were exceeded at that dealership. All people I met at Kelly Infiniti were extremely helpful and friendly starting from the first talk with Susan over the phone, then meetings with Jasmin, Adam and others. I felt comfortable working with Jasmin from the very first moment. He took time to answer all my questions about the vehicle, explain advantages and disadvantages. I did not feel any pressure from Him. It seemed to me that He does not sell a car, He just helped me out to select a right car for me and then negotiate a price, The car pick up date/time was scheduled for only my continence and everything was ready on time. Financing part was done by Adam. I did not feel pressured to purchase additional options and was well informed about all of them. I’m driving my new car three weeks already and know for sure that it was the right choice. I’d like to thank you Kelly Infiniti for the great team work and smooth sale process. I hate shopping for cars and I have never shopped pre owned before so it felt as if I were wandering around in a maze. I went to 3 dealerships and saw 3 reasonable vehicles on a Sunday and then went ho owned before so it felt as if I were wandering around in a maze. At Kelly Infiniti Jeff directed me away from a smaller model I was looking at and steered me to the one I purchased..a much more luxurious vehicle and I think a lot of car for the money. It was the best car of the three though it was a bit more than I wanted to spend. Jeff was extremely helpful and when he sent me to Adam for the financing I was even more pleasantly surprised. One doesn't expect the financing to be fun but it was and comfortable.also. I could not pick up the vehicle when it was ready and poor Jeff felt terrible that he was going to be away the next day..no problem. Ken Tarpley was equally pleasant; he helped me to understand features I had never had before. And then Lisa checked with me to see if the process had gone smoothly. I have to say I was very impressed with the service at Kelly Infiniti. As I wandered the showroom waiting for Jeff to finish something for me, everyone asked if I was being helped. The women on the desk at the door were equally attentive. I could have purchased any car from any dealer but I am happy I ended up at Kelly Infiniti. They not only "made it easy" but I really felt everyone there wanted me to be happy. Where so you get that these days? More

This group of individuals worked as a team from start to finish. Joe Carrasquillo and General Manager, Lisa Avola, ensured that the whole process was seamless.
