Sales manager, Jeff was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. This car buying experience was the best we've ever had, far exceeding all expectations. Best of all, we love our new Genesis G80. In our opinion, it has everything over our previous BMW. We are optimistically looking forward to working with Genesis and Freedom Hyundai to provide many years of enjoyment in our new vehicle. More

Engine light on AGAIN - and FIXED My engine light on my Hyundai Elantra Limited is now on for the 4th time, and still not fixed. I have been trying to bring the vehicle in for service My engine light on my Hyundai Elantra Limited is now on for the 4th time, and still not fixed. I have been trying to bring the vehicle in for service when the light is on, but cant get an appointment. 99% of the time, i get great service from Freedom, and would more than likely purchase another vehicle from them But, i just wish they would fix this problem. Im afraid to go anywhere long distance. UPDATE: Steve Eberhardt from Service called me on 8/18, and had me come in that same day. Problem with engine light was fixed in a few minutes. And, due to the Hyundai great warranty program, there was no charge. Steve went that "extra mile" to get my vehicle fixed. I do appreciate it. This is by far the best auto dealership i have ever dealt with - new, and service. My wife needs a new vehicle shortly, and this will definitely be our first stop. thanks again Steve More

Overall, a pleasant experience Our salesman, Beau, was quite pleasant and accommodating! He was very kind, friendly, and polite - not pushy at all. We had not bought a car (other than one at auction) in probably 19 years (we owned a Toyota Previa for 17 of those). He made this a comfortable experience!! We are really enjoying our new used car thus far! Jeff Ruscavage was very efficient and knowledgeable. He even found us a lower rate than our credit union!! I thought my husband would be sweating bullets taking on a car payment, but Jeff made it fairly painless for him! Freedom Service was also helpful, friendly, and prompt in scheduling a service appointment for the body work on the pre-existing damage. If I had any complaints, it is that all of our information (including a copy of my license) was taken as soon as we walked in the door. I was very uncomfortable with this. Also, we went into the purchase process thinking the original factory warranty (10 yrs/100,000 miles) remained with the vehicle. We did not find out until signing the papers that the warranty only had 3,000 miles remaining (60,000 miles total). One more note: We had been in to Freedom Hyundai a few years back looking at a new car. We did not have a positive experience, and decided we would not go back. Well, we did. We had a much better experience this time around and are satisfied with our deal/vehicle thus far. We are ready for a road trip! More
