My Sons first Dealership experience We were looking for a nice used sporty coupe for my son and after looking through multiple dealerships we found a car my son was interested in so we d We were looking for a nice used sporty coupe for my son and after looking through multiple dealerships we found a car my son was interested in so we did the online check for availability and that's when I met Chelsea we were to slow on that car, it was already in the process of being sold. Chelsea was awesome in the fact that she would keep an eye out and let us know when any nice coupes came in she was quick to answer any and all questions or concerns we had. She even reassured us that we would be able to get the financing for my son even though he had no credit score yet. So we found a car and filled out the pre-app and drove 40 minutes out to the dealership. We were surprised to find out after meeting Henry our cool laid back sales associate that in the time it took to drive out there C.K. the finance wizard had already had us approved for the loan. The rest was just a formality. This team at Freedom Hyundai are awesome they take the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable in your decision. My son loves his new ride and he'll finally be starting a credit rating and that's all thanks to these great people at Freedom Hyundai. Thank You so much from myself and my son You guys Rock More

My first Hyundai experience!! My first experience buying from a Hyundai dealership and it has been a good 😊 one. I initially stopped by checking out the Sonatas on a Sunday when My first experience buying from a Hyundai dealership and it has been a good 😊 one. I initially stopped by checking out the Sonatas on a Sunday when I knew no one would be there. On Monday or Tuesday I stopped in for a test drive of 2 new vehicles and had a good experience. Noah Horst accompanied me for the test drives & wasn't pushy about buying. He gave me all the info I needed or requested & sent me an email thanking me for my visit. Chelsea in internet services had given me info on-line and was very helpful as well too. I was wishing she were a sales person!! Needless to say, my only problem was making the choice between the Sonata Sport or Sonata Hybrid!!! I took my car home Thursday evening & because I had a commitment later that evening I hadn't taken time to thoroughly look the car over. We took my husband's truck that night & the next day after checking my new Sonata over, I noticed a thin mark about 5" long on the Driver's side passenger door. I took the car in to Freedom this morning showing the mark to Noah who had it quickly detailed & in great shape for me!!! So far - so good!!! More
