Best service I went there to get a oil change and was informed of some service that was required. I came back after a few weeks and started the processe with Melvi I went there to get a oil change and was informed of some service that was required. I came back after a few weeks and started the processe with Melvin and also needed some warranty things done. Got there to pick up the vehicle and the price of the quote went down because the were honest about the service on my brakes. That made me a very happy customer! I have been going here for at least 3 years and no problems. More

He's patient and professional and able to explain problems and repairs clearly and quickly. He goes above and beyond for his customers and recently worked very hard to secure a loaner car for me when my car repairs were delayed because the parts had to be ordered. Melvin's friendliness and forthright communication style help diffuse the most stressful situations. He's a true asset to the company. More

Awesome Service! Recently bought a used truck from Kelly Ford. Went to do my first oil change and found and issue with the oil pan drain plug. Brought it in to have it looked at, and they replaced the oil pan with no questions asked and even gave me an oil chance and filter on the house. Melvin and John were both great to deal with and made this process a breeze! More
