We are sorry to learn about your experience, vitoso14. We did reach out to both the General Manager as well as the Service Manager to get a better understanding of this. From what we gathered, you originally came in your an oil change appointment and asked for us to look at a transmission issue. Currently, we do not have a transmission technician so we outsource transmission issues per Ford warranty guidelines. When we called the Ford approved transmission shop, we were told that they would not be able to look at it for 3-4 weeks due to them being short staffed and backed up with current work. We relayed this information back to you and asked if you would like us to schedule the repair. Please let us know if you have any other questions - thank you!

Very dishonest service department. Told me that I needed my back brakes redone. Went to Meineke to confirm and they told me the brakes were fine. I bought my car at Kelly and very disappointed with them!! More
